KYI is a B2B loyalty programme that targets a segment of IBM’s reseller distribution channel in 131 countries. The programme can seem complex, and therefore we were asked to design a handbook that would ensure that participants could fully engage with the scheme.
We were asked to design a handbook that would be inspiring, promotional and fun. It was also important that the design was flexible enough to support the programme as it continues to grow.
The handbook was a great success with the IBM project team. Due to its effectiveness, the IBM Security team requested a similar handbook to support their Business Partner Sales and Technical staff engaging with the KYI scheme.
