Motivforce approached us on behalf of their client, IBM, at the initiation stage of a project to support IBM partners to engage with the Know Your IBM (KYI) programme. In line with our advice, the IBM project team asked us to design and build an interactive PDF handbook.

KYI is a B2B loyalty programme that targets a segment of IBM’s reseller distribution channel in 131 countries. The programme can seem complex, and therefore we were asked to design a handbook that would ensure that participants could fully engage with the scheme.

We were asked to design a handbook that would be inspiring, promotional and fun. It was also important that the design was flexible enough to support the programme as it continues to grow.

The handbook was a great success with the IBM project team. Due to its effectiveness, the IBM Security team requested a similar handbook to support their Business Partner Sales and Technical staff engaging with the KYI scheme.
