Motivforce approached us on behalf of their client, IBM, to design a web page for a promotional campaign to increase Business Partner engagement with the Know Your IBM programme.

The Motivforce team created an interactive incentive campaign strategy to reward and recognise Business Partners who displayed outstanding effort during Q4 2019. The leader board campaign incentivised Business Partners with an opportunity to attend THINK 2020 in San Francisco.

Motivforce asked us to design a web page for this exciting campaign. We portrayed the points journey as a flight path across the USA, where Business Partners earned miles for the sales of eligible products. The Partners who flew the most miles were recognised on a leader board and rewarded with a ticket to THINK 2020.
