Our first task was to create a brand identity for the programme, and create sub identities for a range of rewards within the incentive scheme. We then turned our creative juices to the look and feel of the website. Thomas Cook has a fun and inspiring brand, and we wanted to reflect this personality in the website.
We used fun creative elements throughout the website, such as completing a form in a passport when signing up, filling out a plane ticket when logging in, and an ice lolly to display an agent’s points so far. We had a lot of fun designing this website, and it has been a great success for Thomas Cook.
