Lenovo’s innovative employee incentive program, LEAP, is designed to empower employees with comprehensive product understanding and motivation.

The brief.

Motivforce approached us on behalf of their client, Lenovo, to refresh the design of Lenovo’s employee incentive program, LEAP. User experience and engagement, driving product knowledge and sales performance among staff all needed to be considered.

The new website needed to encourage employees to deepen their understanding of Lenovo products through engaging training modules and resources. It was also required to motivate staff to actively promote Lenovo products to customers, driving sales and revenue growth and reward top performers with exciting incentives, fostering a culture of achievement and recognition within the workforce.

What we did.

Employing Lenovo’s latest brand guidelines, we revamped the user experience of the existing website, ensuring alignment with the refreshed brand style. We introduced promotional graphics, interactive games, and educational resources to enhance user engagement and promote participation in the program.
